If you would like to actively promote our products and services, simply complete the form below in full. If we successfully conclude an order with the new customer you referred to us, we will be happy to reward your efforts with a credit voucher* from OTTO Arena.
*Conditions:
- You will receive 3% of the order value and could earn commission up to a maximum of €1,000.
- The commission applies to the pure material value only, and not to the freight costs or packaging.
- The ‘promoter’ will receive a voucher* as a monetary credit value that can be redeemed on purchases from us.
- The promotion is only valid for referrals of new (not existing) customers.
- The new customer must place an order.
- The recommendation of a new customer must in any event be made in writing, stating your OTTO Arena System GmbH customer number.
- The commission cannot be paid in cash.
- The voucher may be transferred to another name, and we will inform you of the conditions for this in writing.
*Voucher information:
- The amount of the credit voucher can be neither paid out in cash nor does it earn interest. If the credit voucher is not sufficient to cover the order, the holder may complete the purchase with another available payment method in accordance with the GTC.
- The voucher can only be redeemed once. There is no right of appeal.
- The voucher and any remaining credit can be redeemed up to the end of the third year after the year the credit voucher was issued.
- The voucher may only be redeemed before completing the order process. Subsequent offsetting is not permitted.
- The voucher can only be used to purchase goods, and not to purchase additional vouchers.
- The voucher may be transferred, and we will inform you of the conditions for this in writing.
- The seller may make payments to the respective holder with a discharging effect. This does not apply if the seller has knowledge or grossly negligent ignorance of the non-entitlement, legal incapacity or lack of representative authority of the respective holder.
